Plaintiff-appellant Wanda Southerland appeals from a judgment of involuntary dismissal entered by the trial court pursuant to Ind.Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 41(E),1 due to plaintiff's failure to prosecute her action for damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered in an automobile collision.

According to appellant's brief (the complaint not appearing in the record) her action was commenced April 15, 1970...
