This action originated as a suit by executory process filed by United Companies Mortgage & Investment of Lake Charles, Inc., to enforce payment of a promissory note secured by a mortgage affecting two lots of land in Calcasieu Parish. The suit was instituted against Nina Mae Brown, who was the maker of the note and the mortgagor. An intervention was filed by Wilson P.
