On this the 25th day of June, 1974, came on to be considered defendant's Motion to Reduce Sentence, pursuant to Rule 35 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. Rule 35 states in applicable part that, "[t]he court may reduce a sentence within 120 days after the sentence is imposed ..." Such a reduction is, however, totally within the discretion of the trial court, and a sentence will not be questioned on appeal unless it exceeds...
