The City of Port Arthur and the State of Texas, as plaintiffs, brought this suit in trespass to try title against Lakefront Trust, Inc., and numerous other parties, as defendants. Recovery of title and possession to two tracts of land in Jefferson County containing 3230.7 acres and 1364 acres, respectively, were sought.
