Upon application of the Cook County collector, the circuit court of Cook County, basing its decision on objector's failure to exhaust its administrative remedies, entered judgment against objector for 1969 real property taxes. On appeal objector contends: (1) that it was not required to exhaust its administrative remedies; (2) that the judgment resulted in a deprivation of due process...
