Eloise S. Gilkey, individually and as Executrix of the Estate of S.A. Gilkey, her deceased husband, initiated an action in replevin to obtain possession of certain Charolais cattle which were owned by her and in possession of Gayle Potter, defendant. After recovering possession of the cattle, the plaintiff instituted suit against Ned N. Tranel and Gayle Potter for an accounting of cattle lost by them, which cattle...
