Appellant presents two issues for this court's consideration.
In his first proposition of law, appellant maintains that a petition for a writ of habeas corpus which does not attack the jurisdiction of the court which committed the petitioner to the custody of the respondent does not state a claim upon which habeas corpus relief may be granted under R.
