The defendant, Dave Culbertson, appeals from trial errors on his conviction on two counts of possession of derivatives of cannabis sativa L. (marijuana) with intent to sell the same in violation of K.S.A. 65-4125 (b).

Charges against defendant were based upon alleged sales of hashish oil and hashish to Russell Payne, an undercover narcotics agent and deputy of the Finney County sheriff...
