This is an appeal from an order of the county court at law granting the motion of appellee Wee Tote, Inc., to quash a prejudgment writ of garnishment upon the sole ground that such a writ is unconstitutional. Appellant Southwestern Warehouse Corporation sued appellee to recover damages for breach of a lease.
