OPINION

DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of "receiving and concealing" stolen property. The jury assessed punishment at five years.

The indictment charged that

". . . Charles Cozby did then and there unlawfully and fraudulently receive from person or persons unknown and did fraudulently conceal certain corporeal personal property, to wit: a 1971 Ford automobile...
