The plaintiff, Willie Chevis, brought this action against Arthur Wayne Daigle, Arthur Daigle, his father, and Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, the automobile liability insurer of the Daigle automobile, for injuries sustained by the plaintiff when the defendant's automobile left the highway and collided with the plaintiff.
