The court's denial of defendant's motion for nonsuit made at the close of all the evidence was proper. The evidence on the entire record, considered in the light most favorable to the State, giving the State the benefit of all reasonable inferences and resolving all doubts in its favor tends to establish the guilt of defendant, and is therefore sufficient for submission to the jury.
