PARKER, Judge.

Defendant's motion for nonsuit was properly overruled. The State's evidence was sufficient to permit the jury to find that the cause of death was the gunshot wound inflicted by defendant.

We also find no error in the portion of the court's charge, to which defendant excepted, in which the court referred to the opinion testimony of the doctors as to the cause of death. The court's charge fairly and accurately reflected the testimony of the medical...
