Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Ford instituted this suit for damages allegedly sustained by them as the result of a motor vehicle collision. Defendants are Shelton E. Eubanks and his insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. The defendants answered denying liability, and they filed a third party action against Mr. Ford seeking contribution in the event they were held to be liable to Mrs. Ford. Judgment was rendered by the trial court in favor of defendants...
