McENTEE, Circuit Judge.
Defendant was convicted under 18 U. S.C. § 371 (1970) of conspiring to utter forged United States Treasurer's checks in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 495 (1970). On this appeal, he raises numerous grounds for reversal, and urges particularly that his motion for judgment of acquittal should have been granted.
