Appellant was charged by affidavit with unlawful possession of heroin. After trial by jury he was convicted and sentenced to an executed term of not less than two nor more than ten years and fined in the amount of one dollar and costs. He appeals, contending first that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction in that some of said evidence (the heroin) was obtained in violation of his constitutional protection against unreasonable search...
