This is a dispute arising out of a demand for payment of the costs for the overhaul of an engine of a vessel owned by defendant.

The facts are that plaintiff performed three overhaul jobs on an engine of defendant's vessel. In October, 1969 the engine was overhauled at a cost of $6,732.68. This job is referred to as Job No. 1. In January, 1970 a second "short overhaul"1 was performed for which Point Landing paid...
