Gary Gene Williams was convicted under 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(a)(1) and 924(a), on a jury trial, of engaging in the business of dealing in firearms without a federal license. It is undisputed that he had no license.

His brief sets out eight points or issues for reversal, but some of these are mere projections or refinements of the same general question. On this basis the questions and contentions reduce themselves in their substance...
