This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Clarke County, Alabama, denying modification of a divorce decree as to custody and support.
Appellant, Wanda Joyce Nelson Pezent, was divorced from Harold D. Nelson by decree dated April 4, 1972. There was incorporated in the decree an agreement of the parties. The agreement was that custody of the minor child, age two and one half years, would be shared equally between the parties...
