The defendant-appellant (Gulf) brings this appeal from the granting of a motion for judgment on the evidence in favor of the plaintiff-appellee (Western). Gulf also argues that it was error to instruct the jury on damages concerning Western's pension rights. In neither instance do we find reversible error.
