Ward, filed a motion for judgment against Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company to recover damages under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., as amended, for injuries received while working in Seaboard's railroad shop in Portsmouth.
