Mary Louise Maxwell and husband, plaintiffs, sued Mrs. J. T. Sparkman and the City of Wichita Falls, defendants, for damages for personal injuries and property damage resulting from an automobile collision that occurred at a street intersection in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
