CASE SUMMARY

This is an appeal by Defendant-Appellant James W. Bullitt (Bullitt) from a jury conviction of theft, claiming identification testimony was tainted by an overly suggestive pre-trial photographic display, and insufficient evidence to convict.

We affirm.
