LOTTINGER, Judge.

This is a suit by plaintiffs-appellants, for collection of certain employee benefits due under an alleged contract with defendant-appellee. The Lower Court found that there was no contract for the benefits for which plaintiffs sued, and it rendered judgment in favor of defendant and against plaintiffs, dismissing plaintiff's petition at plaintiffs' costs.

The only issue before us is whether defendant-appellee contracted to pay fifteen cents...
