Johnny Fuller was jointly indicted with Patrick A. Barrow and James Warren Perkins for the murder of Cindy Greene, and for theft by taking. On his separate trial, Fuller was convicted on both charges and given life imprisonment on the murder charge and twelve months in the public works camp on the theft charge, the two sentences to run concurrently. He appeals from his conviction and sentence and from the denial of his motion for new trial....
