This is an appeal from the judgment of Baldwin Superior Court dismissing the appellant's petition in the nature of a habeas corpus.

The appellant is an inmate of Central State Hospital at Milledgeville, having been admitted to that institution on March 11, 1973, after a jury verdict in Sumter Superior Court to the effect that he was insane at the time of his trial in that court.
