Defendant Gary Lee Stone was convicted by a jury of the murder of his wife. His sole defense was insanity. His principal contention upon appeal is that the expert opinion of Dr. Richard Jaenike, a court-appointed psychiatrist, as to defendant's sanity at the time of the commission of the crime, was improperly admitted into evidence.
