Order reversed and a new trial ordered on the authority of People v. Beaudet (32 N.Y.2d 371), involving one of appellant's codefendants and the same issues on the same facts and requiring the same resolution. The District Attorney and the attorneys for defendant have consented in written stipulation to this disposition.
