In February, 1972, the trial court granted a default divorce to the plaintiff wife, deferring its decision on child support, alimony, division of property, and attorneys' fees to a later date. The wife appeals from a judgment on those matters entered following the deferred hearing on May 11, 1972. She claims the trial court erred in making a division of property without hearing evidence, in its construction...
