Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants in an action in two counts: (1) for damages for fraud in the sale of stock in a corporation, and (2) for repayment of the purchase price of the stock, which allegedly was not registered with the Oregon Corporation Commissioner, in violation of the Oregon Securities Law, ORS Chapter 59.
