Plaintiff filed his complaint for a divorce in Chaves County, New Mexico, and prayed that the community property be divided between the parties. Defendant answered. A divorce was granted on July 26, 1973, reserving for a later date the settlement of the property rights involved. After another hearing a final judgment and order was filed on October 2, 1973.
