This is an appeal by defendant and cross-complainant (hereinafter "defendant") from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs and cross-defendants (hereinafter "plaintiffs") in a declaratory relief action determining the rights of plaintiffs who are lessees of certain real property which had been acquired by defendant for future highway use.
