Defendants-appellants, Amato, Lambert, and Brunello, were convicted by a jury under the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C.A. § 19511 for conspiring to obstruct interstate commerce by extortion achieved by physical violence and threats of violence. On appeal appellants allege numerous errors by the district court. However, we find meritorious only the claim of insufficiency...
