FREEDMAN, District Judge.

Defendant has filed a motion to suppress certain evidence in this two-count conspiracy case. By agreement of counsel the matter has been submitted to the Court on affidavits and memoranda. After due consideration, the Court hereinafter enters its findings and conclusions.
