Following amicable termination of his employment Morris, a former insurance solicitor employee of Insurer, Federated Mutual Insurance Company, a direct writing company, brought this suit seeking to recover over $12,000.00 in back salary, retirement funds and an amount due on a contract settlement. Insurer counterclaimed alleging that Morris owed the company for losses incurred under policies written without company authorization and chargebacks...
