TOLEDO, Chief Judge.

On January 22, 1973, Tropical Gas Company, Inc., filed an action in rem against M/T Mundogas Caribe. Said libel was subsequently amended on February 7, 1973. In its complaint the plaintiff alleges that it delivered or caused to be delivered to M/T Mundogas Caribe a shipment of Liquified Petroleum Gas in good order and condition at the port of La Salina, Venezuela.
