On April 16, 1964, petitioner was convicted of robbery, third degree, and sentenced to a term of 5 to 10 years. He was released on parole on October 30, 1968. On May 6, 1970, he was declared delinquent for failure to report to his parole officer. Thereafter, on October 27, 1970, petitioner was arrested upon several charges and, as a result, was convicted of attempted assault. He was sentenced on August 12, 1971 to an indeterminate term of three years, to run concurrently...
