This is an appeal by John Evers Koton, Jr., hereinafter referred to as defendant, from a final order of the Circuit Court of Preston County entered March 22, 1972. The defendant was convicted by a jury of grand larceny and receiving stolen goods. The defendant alleges numerous errors occurred during the trial, but primarily relies on the contention that it was error to allow the jury to return two verdicts...
