Plaintiff1 and appellant Anne Press was injured when struck by a motorboat operated by defendant and respondent Reid Lyford. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment, after a jury verdict, in favor of defendant, and from the trial court's order denying her motion for judgment n.o.v.
