In 1967 the plaintiff New Again Construction Company entered into a written contract with the City of New York to rehabilitate Litchfield Mansion, a famous architectural landmark building located in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. This action is brought by the company to recover damages for extra work performed on the mansion.
