This matter came before the Court on the basis of an application for a writ of habeas corpus filed on behalf of Randolph B. Reinhold, M.D., pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C.A. § 2241. Petitioner is a Captain in the United States Air Force Reserve, in which he enlisted pursuant to the so-called "Berry Plan."
