Defendant, Lester J. Trnka, an attorney, is charged with knowingly failing to make an income tax return, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7203. Trnka has moved this Court to suppress all evidence obtained by agents of the Internal Revenue Service during the period from November 29, 1972, to April 16, 1973.
