This is a civil action for injunctive and monetary relief. Jurisdiction is claimed under 28 U.S.C. § 1337, §§ 102 and 304 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29 U.S.C. §§ 412, 464), and the principle of pendent jurisdiction.
