There is no dispute as to the facts in this case. The victim, a sixty-four-year-old retired female bookkeeper and resident of Racine, Wisconsin, testified at trial. She said that on September 8, 1972, at approximately 2:30 p. m., she was walking west on 6th Street in downtown Racine. She had just left a bank where she had made a deposit.
