On February 12, 1971, Standard Products Company, Inc. filed an action sounding in tort against Wooldridge and Company, Ltd. and James V. Finnegan, jointly and severally, for $11,526.88. Thereafter Standard amended its motion for judgment by adding a count for breach of contract based on the same facts as the ex delicto allegation.
