Claimant, a chef, suffered pain in his chest while lifting heavy pans of boiled chicken on May 31, 1969. He did not report the incident on the day of its occurrence and, on the next day, his wife called the employer to report that claimant was ill and could not work. Subsequently, claimant was hospitalized and treated for myocardial infarction.
