McDONALD, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal by defendant Insurance Company from judgment against it on a life insurance policy rendered on a jury verdict.

On March 20, 1969 James R. Langlotz purchased a new automobile and financed it through the Westview National Bank. At the same time he purchased a credit life insurance policy from defendant insurance company. On March 28, 1970 there was $3,146 owed by Langlotz to the Bank on the automobile...
