At the annual town meeting held on March 5, 1973, the voters of the Town of Brandon voted, pursuant to the provisions of 24 V.S.A. § 714, to increase the size of their Board of Selectmen from three (3) to five (5) members. At that time no individuals were elected to fill the two additional vacancies.
