At a trial by jury, defendant Arthur Hopkins (Hopkins) was found guilty of aiding and abetting in the distribution of 5.81 grams of a controlled substance (i. e. heroin)1 and conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance2 as charged by counts 2 and 3 of the indictment.
