This is a workmen's compensation case. After the jury's verdict awarding Gobert compensation, Texas Employers' Insurance Association requested the trial court to disregard answers to special issues inquiring, first, whether Texas Employers' failed to furnish proper medical care and secondly, if so, how much expense Gobert incurred in obtaining such care.
